ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Advise clients in business process improvements, analyze business process requirements, model as-is and to-be processes, perform simulations and recommend BPM approaches to solve business problems.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
 |
Minimum 5 years consulting experience in business analysis and business process modeling |
|
Expertise in Business Process Modeling using IBM WebSphere Business Process Management middleware |
|
In-depth knowledge of IBM WebSphere Business Modeler (4.x/5.x/6.x), IBM WebSphere MQ Workflow (3.4/3.5/3.6) Buildtime and/or BPEL process modeling in IBM WebSphere Integration Developer 6.0 |
|
Highly professional demeanor, positive attitude, and focus
|
|
Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills |
