Detailed Description
AVAILABILITY: Current
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Advise clients in BPM and SOA strategies, translate BPM requirements into
BPM solution architecture and design, develop key BPM solution components and
services, provide technical leadership to BPM implementation team.
|
|
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
 |
Minimum 5 years consulting experience in designing,
engineering and deploying IBM WebSphere Business Integration and related technologies
|
|
Expertise in BPM and Integration solution architecture and design
using IBM BPM/SOA-related middleware
|
|
In-depth knowledge of IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition, WebSphere Process Server and/or
WebSphere MQ Workflow |
|
Experience in IBM WebSphere Business Monitor (4.x and/or 6.x, 7x).
|
|
Experience in IBM WebSphere Integration Developer 6.x, 7.x and/or
Rational Application Developer 6.x,
7.x |
|
Client & server-side software development experience on Java/J2EE - preferrably under WebSphere, and
.NET platforms |
|
Highly professional demeanor and positive attitude
|
|
Strong technical leadership, communication, facilitation,
problem-solving and analytical skills
|
|
