Advise clients in BPM and SOA strategies, translate BPM requirements into
BPM solution architecture and design, develop key BPM solution components and
services, provide technical leadership to BPM implementation team.
PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 5 years consulting experience in designing,
engineering and deploying IBM WBI and related technologies
Expertise in BPM and Integration solution architecture and design
using IBM BPM/SOA-related middleware
In-depth knowledge of IBM WebSphere Process Server (BPEL) and/or
WebSphere MQ Workflow
Experience in IBM WebSphere Business Monitor (4.x and/or 6.x).
Experience in IBM WebSphere Integration Developer 6.x and/or
Rational Application Developer 6.x
Client & server-side software development experience on Java/J2EE and
.NET platforms
