The Project Manager has day-to-day responsibility for running a BPM initiative. The Project Manager will report to the appropriate stakeholder, management or steering group and is tasked with ensuring that the project remains on schedule and within scope and cost as defined in the initial review of the project goals. They are responsible for ensuring that the BPM project team follows the selected methodology and uses the right deliverable templates and tools to deliver the appropriate solution. The BPM Project Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the project team has the capability to deliver the project on time and on budget and will assist the project team in meeting their goals while managing scope, schedule and cost.
