After a large provider of insurance, pension and investment products and services had a beneficial business case for Business Process Management with the EmeriConINIT and EmeriConExpress, they decided to invest in the use of BPM. - Definition of technology standards, guidelines and best practices, and the introduction of a Business Architecture methodology
